Hatha Yoga stretch and stress release classes for all ages. Yoga classes are classical Hatha Yoga, with a significant portion of Iyengar Yoga and Viniyoga (personal attention). 60-minute asana class followed by 30 minute relaxing guided meditation.
Students are encouraged to use supplied props such as blocks and straps to assist with postures, particularly for new students. Sticky mats are available at studio, however please feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing.
Jan Bond is a certified Yoga teacher, with 35 years of yoga experience and has studied Yoga teacher training at the White Lotus Institute in California. Classes bear no religious affiliation.
