Hypnotherapy is therapy that is undertaken with a subject in hypnosis – a process whereby we help people utilize their own mental associations, memories, and life potentials to achieve their own therapeutic goals. Hypnotherapy is often applied in order to assist a subject’s behavior, emotional content, and attitudes, as well as a wide range of conditions including dysfunctional habits, anxiety, stress-related illness, pain management, and personal development.
Jan is a student of the David Kennedy school of Hypnotherapy in Queensland. David Kennedy Clinical Hypnotherapy training meets the critera for Clinical Membership with the Professional Clinical Hypnotherapists’ Assocation (PCHA), and the Australian Hypnotherapists’ Association (AHA).
Cost: $50 per session (lasts 1 hour).
